Position Descriptions
Counter/Drive-Through Staff
Our staff will be required to guide customers through our food and drink menus, use Toast POS, and expedite food orders. Take orders, make milkshakes, soft serve (chirps) fresh pressed lemonades and limeades. We are looking for hardworking, team-oriented individuals with positive attitudes ready to go above and beyond in hospitality.
Kitchen Staff
We work with our staff to get them the best schedule for each member based on their availability.
We will require our kitchen staff to
• Set up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
• Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
• Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and our standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
• Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces and dishes at the end of the shift.
• Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs.
• Maintain a positive attitude with all coworkers.
